Payment Policies

Bookings must be confirmed with a 100% full payment.

>Any equipment that is broken or damaged will incur the corresponding costs for the client.
>For the following locations: Changi, Tuas, Sentosa, and Turf City, there is a $40 transportation cost.
>Make sure that all cheque are payable to FANODISE PARTY PTE LTD. GIRO / GeBiz / Vendor@gov / Cheque for Net 30 credit available and No GST
>Bank transfers can be used to pay at OCBC Current Acc 712083021001 Swift code OCBC SGSG Bank- Code 7339 •

Delay & Cancellations

>Event postponements are only permitted up to five working days before the event.
>Event postponement is subject to a $100–$150 cost, depending on availability.50% of the invoice's fees if you cancel Just five working days before the event can it be postponed.
>Depending on availability, there may be a $100–$150 cost for moving the event.
>If a cancellation is requested more than FIVE working days before the event, there will be a 50% charge.
>If a cancellation is made SEVEN working days before to the event, there will be a 100% charge.

Terms of our rights

Any mess made by the activities or party visitors will not be cleaned up by FANODISE PARTY.
If a client verbally assaults one of our employees, FANODISE PARTY maintains the right to immediately end the party. If a client's visitor verbally abuses a FANODISE PARTY employee, the team will notify the client right away. FANODISE PARTY reserves the right to quit the event straight away if the abuse doesn't stop..
